Gudmewar Brothers are the visionary behind Ganesh Bhel in Pune. They bridged the chasm between street food and home dining. Their journey, from curious schoolboys, who ventured to chaat business to be with their maternal uncle, to now spearheading a culinary empire, is a testament to their unyielding passion and tenacity.
Starting with menial jobs, an idea took root in 1978 when they rented a humble handcart and became a bhel vendor. Tirelessly cranking out delectable bites day and night, they created an array of mouthwatering delicacies, including the renowned Pani Puri and Bhel. By 1998, that modest idea had blossomed into a full-fledged enterprise, and today, Ganesh Bhel is synonymous with culinary excellence. It stands as a shining beacon in the world of taste, celebrated not only for its signature Bhel but for setting new standards in the industry and spreading wings in most prominent parts of the world.
